One other asset is the input of family, spouse, other trusted believers. So often I’m sure I know his will, and I’m ready to act on it, and then my wife will say do not do that! A lot of times others have a better perspective and discernment than you do, particularly when you’re singularly focused on something you want. Interesting how often we find ways to convince ourselves that what we want is God‘s will.
Thank you for sharing. I am in the midst of trying to discern what the next step is. It maybe that I am afraid to step out of the boat.
