Thank you Chris. This came at thr "planned" time in a couple of ways. For myself and family I have had a severe struggle with waiting. It os harder when you are waiting on the right time, not someone else like when you need a job (which I'm also doing). Waiting on a job involves the right job becoming available, found, then the hiring process. So waiting when everything else "seems" available is quite hard, which makes the timing of my reading this what I needed to hear from God a more immediate blessing.

Secondly, I just finished going through a devotional series on joy, and was desiring now thoughts on peace. As you pointed out from Galatians 5:22,23 "L9ve, joy, PEACE,..." Again, very apropos timing. Beside being straight from God's Word the timing is only His. Thank you for listening to Him.

I like what you said: "Trusting in God's perfect timing can bring an unshakeable peace, even in the midst of our busiest days." We can easily make ourselves busy and useful but it needs to align with God's plan for us.

Thank you! I've learned that there's a difference between being tired and mentally exhausted because of demands we place, or allow to be placed on ourselves. Letting go and trusting God is difficult at first, but the reward is unshakable peace when life gets busy.

This feels as though it was written just for me. Thank you for the gentle encouragement and affirmation.

I appreciate that, Devon. God knows each person’s struggle, and He wants to bring you peace.

A great reminder that our timing is not the same as God's timing.

The Lord spoke these words to me last year: "Hunger over hustle." Since then, I've been asking Him to increase my hunger pangs for Him. He doesn't need our hustle, He wants our hunger. Thanks for the reminder of why we should trust God's timing!
